As a Dentoplan participating office, Centre Dentaire Lakeshore offers in-house INTEREST FREE and low-interest payment plans to those who qualify. The term can be up to 15 years for some cases.
We deliver the most appropriate and attentive care at the most reasonable fee to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We have multiple solutions to make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to the actual procedure.
